Manipulating facts or publishing wrong information aiming to misguide the general public and gain personal benefit or to protect someone’s unjustified interest;

Not performing or meeting ones official and social responsibilities due to their incapability to take action; and/or to protect some unjustified interest;

Persons with official titles and public positions but not qualified for such positions;

Deliberately hiding truths or destroying the proofs to protect their interest;

Administrators / Rulers / Leaders who regularly change their opinion (opportunist) and also don’t stand by their commitments or promises;

Those who do not abide by political and social morality;

By using political pressure, those individuals or groups of people who make unwarranted material gain of a system or of an asset that belongs to and has equal right for every citizen of the country.
